Makeit Fiber has successfully concluded its participation in CFT Asia 2026, held at Lahore Expo Centre from July 4 to July 6, 2026. Our team welcomed visitors at Hall 2, Booth B196 throughout the three-day event, meeting textile manufacturers, buyers and industry professionals from across the region.
CFT Asia continues to serve as one of the key textile trade platforms in Pakistan, bringing together suppliers, converters and buyers across the yarn, fabric and fiber supply chain. For Makeit Fiber, this made the event a valuable setting to present our polyester staple fiber portfolio directly to a market-focused audience, rather than a general exhibition crowd.
What We Showcased
At our booth, we presented our full product range across eight core fiber categories: GRS Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber, Textile Fiber, Dope Dyed Color Fiber, Hollow Conjugated Polyester Staple Fiber, Microfiber, Low Melt Fiber, Bosilun Fiber (Modified Cationic Fiber), and Functional Fiber. These solutions cover a wide range of applications, from spinning and woven fabric production to filling, bonding, and specialty performance uses such as antibacterial and flame-retardant fabrics.
Visitors had the chance to review product samples, ask about specifications, and discuss customization options for their specific end uses. Several conversations focused on our GRS Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber and Functional Fiber lines, reflecting a growing interest in sustainable and performance-oriented materials within the regional textile industry.
We also introduced our certification and compliance system, including GRS Certified recycled content, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system certifications, together with third-party testing support from Intertek and SGS. Since establishing our production base in 2007, Makeit Fiber has maintained a certification framework that meets the requirements of export-oriented buyers, including Inditex-approved supply standards.
Conversations and Market Observations
Throughout the exhibition, we had the opportunity to speak with a range of buyers and manufacturers active in Pakistan and the broader South Asian textile market. Many discussions centered on sourcing flexibility, supply reliability, and the ability to meet varied technical requirements across different applications.
We also observed continued demand for certified, traceable fiber sources, particularly among buyers supplying export-oriented textile production. This aligns with broader trends we have seen in other markets, where certifications such as GRS and OEKO-TEX are becoming baseline expectations rather than differentiators.
