Clear communication helps both teams plan the next steps. Whether you have an existing order or are preparing a new sourcing request, we recommend reviewing the following details with us.
For existing orders: Please include your order reference and confirm any outstanding specifications, packaging instructions, documentation requirements, or shipment arrangements.
For new inquiries: Share the fiber type, intended application, required specifications, estimated quantity, and destination. If your project has a target delivery date, please mention it so we can discuss the available options.
For sample requests: Please specify the material you would like to evaluate, the required sample quantity, and the delivery address. Contact our team to confirm preparation and dispatch timing.
Production completion, cargo dispatch, and arrival at your destination are separate milestones. Please confirm each relevant date with our team rather than assuming a holiday end date is also a shipment date.
